• Securing necessary export permits
  
  
• Trucking / handing of cargo from the Shipper's warehouse to Hong Kong Airport.
  
  
• Monitoring of cargo at / from transshipment points / foreign agents.
  
  
• Sending pre-alert notifications.
  
  
• Insuring complete and accurate documentation and immediately furnishing copies of shipping documents to the shipper, if requested.
  
  
• Daily rounds of Airlines and Airlines' agents to pick up incoming air waybills.
  
  
• Coordination of traffic activity with the consignee's foreign forwarding agents in Hong Kong, if there is any.
  
  
• Preparation of Import Entry and all other relevant documents.
  
  
• Door-to-Door service all over Hong Kong.
  
  
• Availability of trucking services.
  
  
• Cargo monitoring / tracking and coordination of traffic activity.
  
  
• Providing the necessary documents to shipper's representative.
  
  
• Containerization, if required for boat shipment.
  
  
• Availability of warehouse space at all times.
